It will only delete from the writable folder. You are showing the read-only folder.

But where does it store data?
The old file with the entries is not changed, but the saved data is saved. Where does he read from?

In Windows, it is:

C:\Users\<USER>\AppData\Local\AGKApps

If you open a file in your media folder to write to it, it will copy it to the write folder. Next time, it will open the new version in the write folder, and ignore the version in the media folder.
