Hi,
Basically three keys will stop working properly after a while of writing on the IDE. I've tested this again and again. Even right now in this post. I can switch back and forth between writing this post and writing in the IDE, and the keyboard will act differently for these keys.

I'm fairly sure it's not related to my hardware/OS:

Dell Precision with two Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU E5405 @ 2.00GHz
16GB RAM
Windows 7 64bit

I'm adding a picture of a screen keyboard to show the keys. The one that annoys me the most is that of the single/double quotes.
The problem disappears if I close and reopen the IDE, but doing so every time is a pain in the neck.
Thanks

I'd definitely say it's an issue with your machine. I don't have this issue, so it's not likely to be an AppGameKit thing.
How's your RAM doing? How's your hard drive? The issue could be caused by a hardware issue only affecting AppGameKit somehow. (AGK gets loaded into a part of RAM which is dodgy, or is saved on a part of the HDD that is bad?)
Signature removed by mod because it's larger than 600x120... please resize and try again.

did some window/app focus change the keyboard layout? did you show the selected keyboard language in taskbar?

Thanks for your replies.
I ran Windows Memory Diagnostics, and there was no error found. I also ran the Error-checking tool found in Windows' Disk Properties, for all mi disks, and no error was found.
I do normally use two keyboard layouts/languages, but they definitely don't produce this output. Nonetheless, I have removed the different keyboard/language layouts/services. From now on I'll be using only the

EN English (United States)
Keyboard
US

setting. I'll run it like this for a few days and see if the problem goes away.
AppGameKit IDE 2017.04.24 (Steam)
Windows 7 Professional 64bit, Service Pack 1
Dell Precision T7400:
Intel Xeon CPU E5405 @ 2.00GHz (2 processors)
16GB RAM
Nvidia GeForce GTX 560 Ti
Samsung SSD 850 EVO 250GB and SanDisk SDSSDXPS960G
