Ok so i am a student for video game dev class we are trying to make games in Dark Basic with one small problem.....our teacher didnt teach us really anything all we learned were basics like a skybox then he told us oh haha go make a game. I need to make a hack and slash and i dont know how!!!! Help!!! Someone!!!

You're not going to learn to make a game overnight. If you have only been taught to load a skybox, you are 1% into your journey. You need to go back and raise the issue with your school/college/university.
You haven't stated whether you have any programming experience. If you need to learn programming before you learn game programming, then you are 0.1% into your journey.

There's lots of online tutorials if you google. I have written over 30 tutorials in past newsletters if you search through them. Good luck!
