I have created an app in tier 1 basic. I am working with a Java developer who is creating a kiosk mode app.

However, he says he needs my .java files. Does AppGameKit store .java files somewhere when it compiles the APK?

.java is the source code of your app if you program in Java. Since you are using AppGameKit, then you have no Java source code.
