Hello, I'm Sergio
I am currently interested in creating an android app and am new to the whole coding aspect of it but am an extremely quick learner. I am looking to find a downloadable program for editing png files in order to create or should I say learn to create and implement background images and sprites. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

This is a very good site for learning how to create game art. They talk about how to create sprites and the tools you will need to do it
