I'd like to properly localise my game into Russian, French, German and possibly Italian and Spanish, they seem to be the most recommended.

Just bumping this one last time before I look outside the AppGameKit community.

Looking to localise my game into several languages;

- Russian (already found someone)
+ French
+ German
+ Italian

Now that the game is done I realised It included more words than originally thought so compensation has increased to $20 per language. What needs translation is all laid out here https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1qZClHvpEUuLM2kUrw4xAdUlKEQtxdJVv3l0DA2JwF-g/edit#gid=1305534, you can see screenshots and a trailer for the game on my itch.io page here https://supertino.itch.io/santas-workshop?secret=vxeQNkVIxJEaJp62nzCntdyBE.

Please PM or reply here if interested.

Hi

I could try to translate (free, no money needed ) in french.

But could you post a txt file, it would be easier for me .

In your english version, you have expression I don't understand, like :
"Put your feet up" for example.

So i will ask you when I don't understand the english expression, to make a good translation in french

@Blendman - great thanks for offering to help, if you wont take cash i'll at least give you a steam key or two when it's out. I have attached a simple .txt file as well as a stripped down .xls (excel file) file if they help? <!--new line--> as it suggests means the text stops and continues on a new line as a new sentence.

Put your feet up - is just an expression meaning a job well-done, sit back and relax, a person might literally put their feet up on the table and sit back in the chair with a feeling of accomplishment.

hi

ok, here is a first translation.
At start, I have used the google traduction, to see what google use, and it's not bad at all.
I have made a little change to get a better french translation (I'm french ).

I have some expression I don't know. So I will let a new message for that english expression .

here is the first file.

@ Blendman - WoW thanks, sadly i cannot comment on the translation but I am sure the sentences will make sense to native speakers better, if you have anything you want me to clarify or put into context please let me know.

Thanks to the awesome community I have gotten my game localised into;

Russian - tспасибо, Alex2015
French - Merci Blendman
Spanish - Gracias BraindeaD

Sadly German still eludes me and is one I'd really like to add due it's large steam player base. Italian is also desired. I can offer $20 USD or a few steam keys of the game once released. Attached is what is needed to be translated ~600 words, please PM or reply here if interested.

You can see more details about the game on my draft itch.io page https://forum.thegamecreators.com/outbound?url=https%3A%2F%2Fsupertino.itch.io%2Fsantas-workshop%3Fsecret%3DvxeQNkVIxJEaJp62nzCntdyBE

I translated it in German. Not the best, but I hope I could help. Will upload it later

Update: It is uploaded now
It was a bit hard without context, but I think I got it.

Wish you luck with your project
