Newcomers AppGameKit Corner / norton removed agkcompiler.exe

I've just downloaded the special offer beginners kit but on installing Norton message says it had prevented agkcompiler.exe due to Trojan.gen.9

Now demo code wont work as no compiler?

Any advice would be useful to me.

Re-install, mark it as a safe file in Norton.

EDIT: If needed, disable Norton during installation, (for super safe, download, disconnect from the internet, install AppGameKit, mark file as safe, re-enable Norton, re-connect to the internet).
