Does this happen with one of the included levels or just with your level?

ScooT9 Have you checked out the X10's minimum system requirements ?
https://forum.thegamecreators.com/thread/138684http://
Also, I believe your running OS winXP you stated in another post earlier, is that correct?
Check your .exe's properties settings for compatibility. Try changing some to other settings if possible
and test run

Edit: one more thought, I know you said you installed DX10, but from where? Was it the 2010-dx10 Redist. install ???
Here read this thread about X10 error's, near the bottom of posts you will see a link to a clean DX10 install... what have you got to lose

My games never have bugs. They just develop random features..
Lots and lots of random features...

Changing compatibility settings did not work, and i have also installed dx10 with the included dx10 installer from the FPSCX10 disc.

EDIT: I have checked what dx i have installed right now and it says that i have dx11

That is correct. You do have DX11, but if you've installed DX10 the the program will be able to use it's files.
Please post your system specs.

That's unusual. Laptop or desktop? Do you have an integrated video adapter?
Please post ALL video specs, including if integrated and memory.
