I Have been having a great problem running apps I'm working on in AGK2. Every time I make a tweak and quickly test the compiled apps will take 2-3 minutes before opening. It only shows a window with a white background and in the title says (NOT RESPONDING).

This happens for the following three scenarios:
1. IDE {RUN}
2. IDE {DEBUG}
3. COMPILE and then executing the EXE on its own

I've tested this on Windows 10 and Windows 7 Ultimate.

On Windows 7 this is not a problem.

Has anyone else found a similar situation?

Sorry about posting 3 times. I posted the first two but got an unknown forum error twice. I Did not realize it actually posted the thread.

I would completely uninstall (make sure you remove the C:\Program Files (x86)\The Game Creators\AGK2 directory too) and reinstall

That happened to me once too.

Don't forget to backup your projects first.

Make sure your projects are not held in program files. Save them into documents or somewhere like that.

does this happen with any project or just one specific project?
maybe you're trying to access a busy or large file?
try adding some sync's in the loading stage
