Is there any way to control the camera's exposure? I'd like to turn off auto white balance, auto exposure and auto focus but there doesn't seem any way to do it. I have tried to turn them off in my camera but as soon as I run my AppGameKit app, it's all back to auto everything.

Yeah, I would also like to have an ability to choose a 'second camera', because AppGameKit seems to default to the 'close-up' camera of my Galaxy Note 8, but the regular second camera (I guess in terms of physical hardware the second one in there) has the more normal photo camera zoom and aspect ratio etc.
