Hi guys,

I am working on a Game Framework for AGK2!

I have years of experience building engines and frameworks and I intent to post updates here frequently.

The name of the framework is Combustion

The first release will have at least

- a UI with button, text button, checkbox, image and scroll box.
- Tile engine ( orthogonal ). Tilemaps created with Tiled can be converted and loaded.
- Horizontal and Vertical split screen display.
- Pre render functions to create buttons and images from tilemaps.
- 9 patch draw function.
- And a bunch of other helpful functions.

Hi Tony.

Did you make Pyro for Monkey? Something like that for AppGameKit to add a bunch of extra features and functionality would be really exciting.
Is it going to be Tier1 or Tier2 or both and all platforms going to be supported?
Can we know what the "other" useful functions would be? Not only at first release but I also would be interested in what is planned for the future

Tier 1 for now.

Still adding stuff as I go along. I started to make Combustion game templates and that usually shows what is needed more. I will post a list of functions here soon...

Woah. I've used Pyro for MonkeyX, Blitz Languages and it's awesome. This is definitely good news.
