Is the float returned by GetNetworkClientPing measured as 1.0 second or 1.0 millisecond?

To the dev team, I think it would be a good idea to clarify this in the help files

Doesn't it make more sense to return it as an integer in ms? Almost everyone (everything?) measures ping in ms, isn't it?

All the time variables in AppGameKit are floats in seconds, so it's returned similarly, and does provide more precision than plain milliseconds if that's useful. But it would be a simple conversion to milliseconds if that's what you needed.
