Hello, i want to add an options menu to my fpsc game so i can change textures quality, resolution, etc.. ingame instead of having to edit the game files, so, how can i add options menu in a fpsc game?

I would tell you to make an external application (like a launcher) to do the same.

isn't vishnu packer included with black ice mod? There is some nice tools in the tools folder.

Yes the latest version of vishnu packer is with black ice mod but we not included vishnu launcher with black ice mod as of yet.
