I am working on a project on my PC with a few .agc files (main.agc, controls.agc etc) and the media folder with various images in it. Can I upload ALL of my project to my mobile to work on it?

When I go into cloud storage and select Upload I always get error in uploading file etc. or wrong file type. Is the Cloud Storage just for uploading and adding to a simple project ORIGINALY created on your mobile?
