This is what I tried

1> Alt spacebar + m didn't work
2>Right clicking the AppGameKit Item in the task bar only has close option not move like other windows
3>Making a shortcut and setting normal window etc didn't work
4> Changing the screen resolutions back and forth did not help
5> right clicking the top left of the open app also dont work because its above the screen
6>Unistalling AppGameKit and deleting everything in steams common folder and reiinstalling AppGameKit didnt work

It is workable just i like to have a small left column to the left of the screen where i can see other stuff but how it is at
the moment I dont even have the windows taskbar in view without pressing the windows key

Since you are on Windows you should be able to handle this even if the window was entirely off screen (such as on a different monitor no longer plugged in)...

1. Use Alt + Tab to select the AppGameKit Editor window.
2. Press & HOLD the Windows key. While holding the WIndows key use the arrow keys to jump-move the window around as needed.

Wow that is incredibly strange. Never seen it not work unless someone has the auto-placement feature disabled in Windows. Did you happen to turn that off? Some folks do because it can get annoying with it automatically full screening folder windows etc. I think it's called Snap Assist or Docking. Not sure they seem to change names over time but one of them I think is it.

nah other windows work fine and all of the move methods work for other windows just
the AppGameKit one shows the file menu etc but not just above it. I can resize it from the bottom
right corner upwards but cant move it. Its like there is a registry setting saved with the AGK
window position and size. Because I was sure reinstall would work if I deleted all of the files
in the steam common folder as AppGameKit is only one at present that's through steam. But most
of the tricks that normally work only give close option. I even thought perhaps a virtual screen
may work if i can set one above but no success with that method either.

It's just odd the normal Windows features don't even work. I was thinking about that earlier the registry setting. You are likely right the window position must be saved somewhere possibly they are just using a config file in the editor or apps folder that you could change?

Can you F11/go Full Screen, fubarpk?

Under Edit/Preferences, perhaps un-ticking the "Save Window Position and Geometry Shutdown" option will fix on re-launch.

If you can't get F11, CTRL+ALT+P will open the same Preferences pop-up. Perhaps that (new) window will be visible for you.

I'd been snooping through the geany stuff recently, hoping to find access to insert Tools- was late night, didn't find what I was hoping for, but pretty sure i'd found the config file, otherwise.

meanwhile, I know agk.exe is customized but https://www.geany.org/manual/current/ might be worth a search.

F11 fixed it

i new someone would have a solution all the crazy windows videos i saw worked for other stuff bu not for AppGameKit Editor i guess the hot keys are disabled
or remapped preventing most methods from working
