FPS Creator X10 / How to backup my maps

Hello,
I really don't know how to can I backup my maps. When i visit folder files/mapbank I see default maps, but not mine. When I try to open maps via FPSC it working and I see my maps.

I understand, the maps files are hidden. How to extract this?
