I have created a little demo (attached) of pushing a box around a surface. It stutters a litttle on the flat surface which i figure i can sort out by scaling the scene up.
The major issue is when it moves over the hill (which is a SetObjectShapeStaticPolygon) in the center of the area.
It stutters a lot and sometimes the box will float up into the air.
Does anyone have any ideas on how i could avoid this odd behavior? Is SetObjectShapeStaticPolygon the right option?

Playing with the cars mass might help

I set it SetObject3DPhysicsMass( car,10)

and got some might fine air lol

but seems when the mass is too high it barely wants to move

I also tried setting the hill to a convexhull collision shape which did seem to stop the problem you mention
but then it drove through the hills and slowed slightly because of collisions

I think Nomad did something similar but cant find it
