AppGameKit Classic Chat / What is causing this weird discoloration?

I have the same grass image for both objects. The same shader is set to both.

One object is a plane bent slightly, so I never see the "plane edge". Its fine. Looks great.

The other object has 24 vertices and does a curve plus is bent, so I never see the "plane edge". However, I have 3 different colors... I have light set to off, and cull mode 0.

Any ideas on why am I getting this discoloration?

It almost looks like a bloom. Maybe try a completely different transparent image and see what happens
