I modified the python model to have dual wielding animations and it worked but when I reload in single weapon mode the shells are deformed. Is there just something wrong with my edit or maybe I used the wrong settings when saving or FPSC does not understand the Fragmotion models completely?
I will put a video of how it looks like.

blob1 That is weird looking. Almost like some of your vertices weights are way off? or not even attached
Not sure what's going on, is this the stock colt45 ? If it is you can send me the hud.x file to my email
and I'll take a look. But only if it's the stock colt45, not someones elses
My games never have bugs. They just develop random features..
Lots and lots of random features...

Yeah, The verts are off. In fragmotion, select "Show unassigned vertices." to check and see.
