AppGameKit Classic Chat / AGK Player iOS suddenly wont connect

Hi there,

I’m having issues with the Player not connecting now while broadcasting. Happens iOS and seems to have started just suddenly - I’ve searched the forums, and not been able to get to the bottom of it.
I’ve reinstalled the Player on my iPhone, made sure I’m on latest AppGameKit version, all with no luck.

Any help or suggestions would be massively appreciated.

Check that the IP address showing in AppGameKit player on the initial white screen is the same IP address that AppGameKit has in the preferences. The last two digits of the IP address occasionally change for me so I have to change the IP address in the AppGameKit desktop IDE.

In the past I've accidentally turned off WiFi on my phone, which breaks AppGameKit broadcasting since that depends on all devices being on the same network. On your PC you can open a command prompt and enter ipconfig - and the numbers should be similar to what you see in AppGameKit Player (typically 192.168.1.x).
