Here's a low-pass audio filter built using memblocks. It currently only works with 16bit stereo audio, but feel free to enhance it to work with other formats.

Usage:
New_Filtered_Sound = low_pass_filter_sound(Sound_ID,Cut-off frequency in Hz)

It's dead slow, but useful nonetheless.
