Hi, this is just a bit of fun!

In the new AppGameKit Studio IDE you can choose the colour settings using a seed value.

Attached are a few examples.

We encourage users to share their seed values in this thread!

Here are some examples:

What's in the dropdowns for Functions, Types, and Variables? Are they a quick jump to the required function, type or variable?

@Kevin Cross the IDE pics up any key variables and functions in the source code that has focus. You can then click on any of them and be taken to where they are in the code.

Yes - indeed

Does it have animated previews of 3D objects too

Like for example, we could have red, orange and yellow 3D particles on that volcano to look like its reacting to explosion lol.

This looks really really good.

However I do have 2 questions :

1) What happens to AppGameKit visual editor ? Does AppGameKit studio make it obsolete ?

2) Will AppGameKit 2 (current version) be phased out ?

Thanks

Does it have an level editor or scene editor capable of allowing placement of the various game components?

I guess not?

Looks great and to some extent might actually be exactly what was needed. Can't wait to hear more about it in terms of cost etc.

Looking very nice indeed, I've been out of the scene for a few years (work and life seem to take over). Now that I've got some free time again I will be taking the plunge. Good work TGC team, can't wait to get my hands on this.

@monotonic exactly like me. Now that my youngest will start going to school I'll have more time again, so the timing of AppGameKit Studio is perfect!
Can't wait to get me hands on it and relearn everything the suite has to give!

I thought this one added a bit of nostalgia with its monochrome look. Seed value = 6
