Firstly you don't have to post across multiple boards the same question
Secondly if you see above before you post there are code tags click the appgamekit code tag at the beginning and end of each code block

Have you downloaded the app for your phone. you need to install the phone app so as agk IDE can be broadcast to your phone

Sounds like the question is for a permanent install not a broadcast. Ideally you publish it through app/play store and gets installed as normal.

Android can side load an apk without publishing i believe, though i haven't tried it.

Ios you pretty much have to go publishing route

Just build an APK by exporting to Android, and copy the APK file to your phone ( via USB, WIFI etc. )

If you transfer a compiled apk to your phone via usb, make sure to disable your phone's settings concerning "verified apps only". I'm 50/50% sure you have to do this in order to run an app that you didn't download from googleplay.

I sent my apk file to dropbox, and was able to install on my android devices right from dropbox. If your phone is an iPhone, that's another kettle of fish.
