For some reason, I can't install FPSC. It tells me there is an installation support file that could not be installed. Therefore, I can't test BlackIce Mod.
THEORY - you know everything but nothing works. PRACTICE - when everything works but don't know why.
For me, theory and practice are combined: nothing works and I don't know why.

I suggest you make a local account in your PC and try installing FPSC from there. Making a new account generally takes out a lot of thrashes and bugs.

Thanks, I'll give it a try.
