The 64-bit part anyway. It hasn't yet been updated for API 28, so you'll currently receive a warning when submitting to Google Play of the pending expiration.

I updated all of my google play apps and nolonger get any such warnings
What version are you using ?

as you can see a snippet from my google play apps list there is no such warning
