AppGameKit Classic Chat / Compiling to HTML with Tier 2

When using tier 1 lately HTML and compiling isn't working on mac or window when no changes to the code have happened and compiling worked fine. I have have tried on firefox locally and on my server online with errors explained in my other post. When using the newer AppGameKit Studio, Export to HTML is not present. I'm thinking of moving to tier 2 but have no idea about compiling HTML in C++. I Would appreciate any URL links or advice. Thanks
