With GetVirtualWidth() I can obviously get the Virtual Resolution width I set using SetVirtualResolution(). How would I then convert my 3D objects position to screen space where 0 is the start of the VR Res and 512 is the width of the VR Res so that the 3D object never leaves the bounds of that VR Res?

Not sure if I understand your needs.
But look into Get3DVectorXFromScreen( x, y ) and GetScreenXFrom3D( x, y, z )
