Hi,

I'm on a slow desktop with:
- Windows 10 Pro 64Bit OS
- Intel Celeron 2GHz 4-Core CPU
- 16GB DDR3 RAM
- nVidia GeForce GT 1030 2GB GDDR5 GPU
- Samsung 850 EVO 500GB SSD

The following HTML5 version gets 15 Frames Per Second on above desktop:

Does AppGameKit Classic use WebGL on HTML5 builds?
Above desktop can run Half-Life 2 no problem.

Let us know, thanks!

1. Run game
2. On title screen click on [Options]
3. In [Options] screen enter Secret Code: "2777"

I tested it and It was flipping between 26 & 27 on my 2 different chrome based web browsers. Waterfox brought it down to about 23.

i get 31-32 fps but i do see that your images are a bit to highres more or less.
very easy to compress with gimp and no compression filter on much of the media you use.
Post the png used for the frame and spaceship here so will i compress it for you and show you.

Hi,

Thanks for the replies...

We optimized all the graphics with TinyPNG.
The music has been optimized with OGGResizer.

Not much improvement in speed on slow desktop HTML5 version.

Can someone look over the code?:

(different game from above)

Click below to run new game in Internet browser:

Thanks!

Hello

If I perceive that the port for HTML5 is slow ... it depends on the computer has a fast CPU.

On mobile devices, smartphones are slower than a PC / Laptop (with power) ... I do not recommend it for mid-low-end smartphones:
