Get the error dialog "Failed to debug project locally, interpreter program not found"

Debug Log tab prints
Debugging on local machine, to debug on a device set its IP address in the build options
Broadcaster is not currently connected
Broadcaster is not currently connected

Turns out to be a problem with my virus scanner. It thinks that Windows.exe is a virus and deletes the file. Just added the file to the exclusions and now everything works.
