Hello, yesterday im reading the FPSC Manuel and in the last pages i found some other software and stuff, in i found
one called Character Shop, to create a character from a 3d model, and i want this software
please a link or some way to get it

Just learn model swapping in Milkshape3D by yourself, instead. Trust me, it's super easy.
Start with something small with only two or three bones/joints, like a door. Once you got the grip on it, you'll be able to rig weapons and even characters.
