Ok, I want to make some 3d models, and thats as far as i've gotten. I have downloaded milkshape and I have NO CLUE how to use it, actually, I have to clue how to make 3d models . I've looked on most of the tutorials here, but they require some sort of previous experience. What is the best total noob tutorial(s)/book(s) out there? I want to become really good too, so if possible, something that allows me to progress with it. Thanks for any help!

I'ld check out Milkshape's forum, as they are probably more experanced dealing with the subject and software.

Arrow's suggestion is solid and I'd consider that the first avenue since MS3D is very capable once you learn it.

If you find that MS3D is too high of a barrier to start, check out DoGA CGA. It is more of a 3D studio than a modeller, but some people find that it is lot easier to use and makes a good stepping stone to programs like Milkshape 3D or Metasequoia. You can think of DoGA as virtual Technics or Legos in terms of complexity.

If you want to explore DoGA, I suggest starting off with L1 (lesson one) and then advance to L2 and L3:
