I've checked the forums, and I'm pretty sure it's a closed issue because DarkBASIC is no longer officially being supported and the feature appears broken.

But I've had multiple people on Steam from Russia, Japan, etc., who are offering to localize my game, Brigand: Oaxaca. Is there any chance to get foreign fonts working? It says how in the help files, but it's not working. If I could get any help on this, I could make a lot more money, and it would help me drastically. Does anyone have example code of foreign fonts working? Thanks.

No worries lol It took a while to suss out and that is about as much as I remember!!! Re-read it just now and thought to myself, never mind the whole process, what the hell language was I talking hahahaha! It's typical of me to not explain things well!!

You can use font plugin
http://dbcc.zimnox.com/?page=resources
or just use atlas texture which is more effective.

I'm gonna try out the font plugin tomorrow, but where's the atlas textures plugin? I refuse to use images for text. Too much work to do that.
