Hi all, I try to understand how can i move around the Global ambient light, when you start a new project there is already one source of light, with SetSunColor(r,g,b) you can change the color but how can i move it? i wold like to link the position or rotation to a virtual joystick but i can t find any command that actually control the position of the "Sun"... any idea?
Thank you for your time

SetSunDirection()
Also look at SetAmbientColor()
Always handy to search for commands here

Thank you blink0k ! I do not believe that I have not seen it ... I found Set SunColor but I am missing SetSunDirection ()
, I have that page constantly open

Ps. Actually SetSunDirection give the direction of the light, I look for the coordinate of the Sun, I would like to try emulate a cycle of day and night..

I think the sun is isometric so there is no point (Think of light being emitted from a giant sheet that stretches to infinity) . What are you trying to do?
Maybe you could use a poin light?

I would like to add a day / night cycle to the game, perhaps 2 points of light 1 for the sun and 1 for the moon, moving along an ellipse. With origin of the ellipse in the center of the map.
Would it be wise to disable the "Sun" and use two points of light?
Could knowing how to use Shaders help me achieve my goal?
Thank you for you time blink0k
