The bytecode.byc file should be able to run under windows using a windows runtime
You will need he windows version to get the windows runtime (Which should be the the c:\Program Files (x86) folder)

If it just need the AppGameKit player why not have compile to target option in all AppGameKit versions or would be a big plus point as we wouldn't then require compilation on these targets. For me it's a huge plus that Unity has in its IDE the ability to compile for other targets.

Just copy all the players you need from AGKROOTDIR/Players/ folder to your project folder and you are good to go
