I ordered AppGameKit Bundle 2 from fanatical

got steam download keys

try to get the sound library and the other things

nothing will work as I get this message.

The product code you've entered requires ownership of another product before activation.

If you are trying to activate an expansion pack or downloadable content, please first activate the original game, then activate this additional content.


This is stupid as I bought app game kit in the game creators website and all the other stuff.

why does a sound library a add on?

it is not a add on.

AppGameKit - 3D Asset Pack =stand alone product
AppGameKit - Shader Pack=stand alone product
AppGameKit - Visual Editor=stand alone product
AppGameKit Sound Library=stand alone product

Steam requires a steam version of AGK.
I would recommend you contact TGC

Ok I was told that my app game kit can be made as a steam download.

This will work but I have a question.

can I use app game kit without steam? because to be honest I hate steam and only downloaded it for the stuff I purchased.

you can set up shortcuts to run AGK/S directly from your HD (outside of steam) but you'll need steam to (automatically) update AGK/S (you wont have to use the steam front-end).
