Something I think is important to keep in mind is consider the Logo Crawl you see at the start of most Games.
How often do you see a "Made With..." and the Logo?
It's exceptionally rare... but why? What does it matter if it's just the Product Logo Vs. a "Made With..." Logo?
Well, it's about presentation and appearance to the End User.
If you just show a Logo., you're giving the impression of association with something... that is to say "AppGameKit Studio" was involved in Development to some degree., but ultimately the work presented is still all your own.
Where-as if you have a "Made With..." logo... that association shifts to YOU merely being involved in Development and AppGameKit Studio is doing all the heavy lifting.
Even IF that is true., you don't want to give that impression to the End User.
On top of this is that, such logos are heavily used by Low-Quality Products; because they're common Watermarks from Unlicensed Products.
Using a Free License Unreal Engine or Unity will watermark a "Made With..." and so, there is a "Guilt by Association" that occurs., regardless of the Quality of your Product; it'll still colour the End Users view and put a limit on how much they'll enjoy it.
While this might seem like over-thinking for just a simple logo that is shown for maybe 5s when the game first loads; remember the Initial Impression is *THE* most important Impression to make.
I mean think of it like this...
Let's say your in a Store and have 2 guys in front of you... one looks like they just rolled out of bed, while the other is dressed smartly and kempt.
Which would you ask for help in a decision on a purchase? And be honest.
It doesn't matter if the low-effort guy knows his stuff, while the other is a barely functional idiot; you know which you'd chose without thinking about it.
This is why impressions and giving on the right one is important.
