GetColorBlue doesn't get a color from a screen position, it just gets the blue component property from a color that's been mixed and stored in a variable.
I hope my explanation will suffice.

GetSpritePixelFromX and GetSpritePixelFromY may be what you're looking for.

P.S: I'm not sure if there's an equivalent for 3D objects.
