AppGameKit Classic Chat / [SOLVED] Windows system sound with Alt key combination

In my AppGameKit "classic" app , i can detect the ALT key as 18 , but if a user presses ALT+(any other key) , it makes a windows system alert beep (or whatever the name of the sound is).

Is there a way that I can disable this on my end, so that I don't have to tell users "yeah, it's gonna beep, here's how to shut that off on your computer", because that's not cool.

Help!
