AppGameKit Studio Chat / How to set up VSCode

have downloaded VSCode and have installed ext.vsix
I am left with Languageserver64.exe and DebugAdapter64.exe
what should I do with these?

Are there any benefits to using VS Code over the studio IDE. ?
I don't really understand why I want this as the stock studio IDE is everything I need however It looks like a serious bit of kit and it would be nice to try it .
