Windows / Code Won't Run in IDE - "Failed to run project locally program not found"

I am receiving an error message stating "Failed to run project locally program not found".

It does, however, compile the code and if I run the .exe file, the program works as expected.

This is pretty frustrating. Any ideas on how to fix it? I know that the compiler is working, but the code won't run from within the IDE.
