Dev team,
I wanted to draw your attention to a new warning message I receive from the iOS appstore:

Quote: "ITMS-90725: SDK version issue - This app was built with the iOS 16.4 SDK. Starting April 29, 2024, all iOS and iPadOS apps must be built with the iOS 17 SDK or later, included in Xcode 15 or later, in order to be uploaded to App Store Connect or submitted for distribution."

I'm running XCode 15.2 with iOS 17.2 loaded and installed.

Nevertheless the appstore tells me I'm on SDK 16.4. I therefore assume that this SDK setting comes out of AppGameKit Studio mac (I'm using 2023.07.17a latest version).

Can I solve this myself, or does this require a new release from you guys?

Thanks for your help in this,
James

I saw this warning myself today. I am pretty sure it requires an AppGameKit Update to solve it.

Me too.

I got a Macbook Pro on hire from Raylo.com ( highly recommended ) for a month to upload my game ( Appkedo ) to the App Store. This is the ONLY reason I have a Mac as I develop on a PC.

For the last two weeks or so I have been trying to upload my game to the App Store. But ( you guessed it ! ) with little success with getting all the Certificates spot on etc.

And then, I got from 14 errors ( with uploading it via Transporter ) right down to just two. As shown below. Arggghhhh soooo close. Just one and a half weeks to go before I return my Macbook.

Come on you guys at TGC. Do you need to update our AppGameKit SDK to 17 to solve this problem?

If I can't upload my game to the App store then it is not that much of a problem as my main ( and personally favourite ) system will be the PC. It just means all you Apple users will not get a ios version.

Oh, and also . . .

The second issues why my upload was rejected was for the arm64 value. Any thoughts anyone. Will probably have to go onto a separate thread for this one.
