Action required: Migrate to supported version of Google Play Billing Library

We are introducing changes to the lifecycle of Play Billing Library and its associated deprecation timelines. Because you currently use an older version of the library, we wanted you to be aware of new key dates you’ll need to adhere to:

By Aug 31, 2024, all new apps and updates to existing apps must use Billing Library version 6 or newer. If you need more time to update your app, you will be able to request an extension until Nov 1, 2024.

Learn more about the deprecation here.

Update before these dates to avoid a disruption in app publishing and updates. Publishing and updating apps that use Play Billing Library version lower than 6 will be blocked in Play Console on the dates mentioned above.

I just downloaded the latest version of STUDIO from STEAM and it does not have a fix for this yet.
When can we expect a fix?

There is a DEV version on Steam that uses v6.0.1 but Lee hasn't released it yet to all Steam users.

I have two branches on the GitHub Repo, the first targets API34 and uses Google Billing v6.0.1, the second targets API35 and targets Google Billing v7.0.0 (WIP)

If you want to have a go at building your own AppGameKit Studio you can download the Repo and follow the build instructions in the readme
