When you say Tier 1 I assume you mean The Classic version? This has been retired and the source code is available on GitHub. TGC are only supporting AppGameKit Studio now.

Obviously Tier 1 still exists in Studio.

Yes, this is true. But my points are:

- Is there any version of T1 AppGameKit Studio (for download) that can actually successfully export .aab and apk without issues ? (broken exporter)

- Is there any version of T1 AppGameKit studio that actually exports .aab and .apk files that conform to the latest Play store requirements ?

Thanks

The latest Steam version of AppGameKit Studio successfully exports both apk and aab and the aab satisfies Google Play store requirements (API 34)

I can also confirm that the Steam version of AppGameKit Studio exports T1 apps to .aab which get accepted by Google Play, and to .apk so you can sideload.

I just finished work and tried to export an aab file using the STEAM version of AppGameKit for Mac (v2024.05.20), and it came up with the following message:

So yes, I guess it isn't working.

I see ok.

So what this means is that the windows version is the confirmed working version ?

Because I'm about to switch on my windows system and do an export, but something tell me that it won't work.

I will update with the results.

I've just updated the guide to cover updating the change log, API, Google Billing etc. I've still got to cover updating Gradle/AGP which I will do in the next revision.

HI Zaxxon,

Great Guide - thanks for the time you've devoted to it.

Once all up and running I guess I'd be able to integrate my own Plugins ( ccTalk, Hardware IO etc.. ) into Studio natively?

Hi Yeshu77, I've never actually used any Plugins so I'm not familiar on how they would integrate into Studio.

I don't understand anything you guys are saying, espacially when it comes to rebuilt anything from anywhere, but ANYTHING making AppGameKit Studio better than it already is, would be a blessing. I am only using AppGameKit SCript T1 language though, so i don't know if what you try to do would help me too? Anyways where do i send my money for a AppGameKit Script book covering anything from 2d to 3d??? lol

More seriously would love to see anything being develop about AppGameKit Studio. I also can't said enough, that if AppGameKit is to grow, it needs to be present where the people are, ON STEAM. Keep the discussion section 'moving!!!' even if there is not much to say, this is where people look when buying the program and trying to see if there is still support for using that 'language'/'game engine'.

Just my little cent.
