I can try to make it for you, but I promise you nothing, it depend if I will find some free time.
Just one thing ...I make it for you for free only if its then free to anybody else to use. Also I will make only model ...I dont think I will have time to texture and animate it.
I you can pay for it at the other hand I can make all, texture and animation included.

Also you have to answer some questions before:
-should be one mesh (for mesh deform animation) or limbed?
-weapons should be part of model or not?
-if yes, do you want to animate bow later (firing) or not?
-as I understand it should be low poly in game model right?
-does she have dagger or sword on her side?
-you want her to have separate animatible fingers?

1) Limbed please.
2) If you can do weapons, let there be weapons.
3) You can animate the finger if you want but I can if you don't.
4) High poly preferred: Low poly accepted
5) She should have a dagger.
6) If you don't animate them, I will.
