Please tell me what you think of this deal. I'm doing this out of necessity, so I'm £205 over budget (it costs £205).

1. I know there are faster chips
2. I know there are better graphics cards

I'm looking for an opinion on value for money, and suitability.

I just worked out how much it would cost from where i get my stuff from.

MB - £47 i chose a gigabyte
Ram - £47 512 pc2700 333fsb DDR ram
CPU - £64 AMD Athlon XP2500+ 333fsb
Graphics - £50 asus fx5200
total - £108

But taking into account that the Mobo i chose isnt the same( its probably better), and the graphics card isnt that good. It depends on wether you want a good system or a low cost system.

I want easy (the MoBo already has the components plugged in and tested) and reasonable components.

There is no comparison to make between the UK and USA. We get ripped off for most things. Then again, you won't get the products on my site cheaper in the US (You probably wouldn't want them, but that is beside the point). I sold $58 worth of stuff, including postage, to someone who was about to pay $118 locally.

ROTFL!
Which just about doubles the price, making it £3 more than the pre-built deal!

If you want a UK price comparison: http://www.kelkoo.co.uk/.

If you want a good deal, remember importing grey goods from the US may result in a ~15% import tax charge on your doorstep, and goods with a mains connection will self detonate with extreme volume.
