Firstly, wait longer than 2 hours for a reply. I saw your other post in the 3d canvas section of the forum, 2 hours later you're already bored with waiting!
Anyway... I'm not actually sure how to solve your problem - I can't think of a more akward thing to try and animate.

Ok, I've been trying to think of a simple way, but there isn't. My best suggestion is to use mesh deformation and actually use bones in your object, attach on of the end-nodes to the lower part of the jaw, and animate that bone going up and down.
Sorry... it just seems you've picked the most akward thing to animate.
