I got a "bitmap does not exist at line 12" error.

Ok, that was because yahoo was using the cam at the moment.

0fps, but I do get a picture, it's just upside down. And there's 3 of them.

No idea why you get three, as it only puts the image onto one bitmap.
You do need a very fast machine for it - even on my XP3000, I only get 50FPS

worked fine for me. i got about 15 fps I think

i have an Athlon XP 2400+, 1GB ram, Gefore Ti4200 graphics card.
