I pulled my neck muscle when I was doing some weight lifting. It hurts bad If I try to turn to the left. Anyone have any solutions?

LOL! Not much you can do. There is nothing worse than a sore neck or back. Just give it time, take some asprin/tylenol/motrin, get a heating pad or some Icy-hot and don't do anything to strain it for a while.
Good Luck.

Do a windmill with your arm several times nearest to the painful side, and turn your head slowly. It might take weeks to get better.
