hey i was just wondering has anyone here made any money off games or dose ne1 know ne popuplar (anything sold in a store) software or games in darkbasic?

Ok, yeah, people have published their games..

One is called Star Wraith. The entire series is a very good space simulator.

Then there is The Magic Land...dont know much about this

There are others, but I dont remember em all.

Check the penultimate (not the last one, the one before that) newsletter, there's a driving test program that is doing very well.

There's Starwraith and the third 'episode' out soon too - obviously makes enough to keep the author going.

If someone makes a good game in DB then I reckon it has the chance to make some dough.

The Magic Land (my game) is avalible on a CD with 2 other games and is currently sold online. We have been unable to get a real publisher though. Sales are also bad.

I have not sold any copies because that's not my problem. Astral Entertainment have sold a few so far but nothing to talk about.
