DLL = Dynamic (Thanks Neophyte!) Link Library. Usefull if you want to link something into a program, its like a plugin or enhancement. The Nuclear Glory Collision DLL is a new set of collision commands.

erm RAM would be Random ACCESS Memory, the A in RAM should have given it away.

URL is Uniform Resource Locator, just describes a web address

there are websites out there that describe tech terms - search google for "Tech terms"
